Orders from Rest of the World

For orders from countries outside the European Union, the vat (tax) is automatically removed at the checkout. Delivery charges will be added to this ex-vat order total as follows:

Please pay for your order at the checkout using a card (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). If you prefer to make payment directly into our bank account, please place your order in OcShop and you will be sent an email with details of how to pay. Please ensure all charges of the transferring banks are paid by you. Once we have received your payment, we will despatch your goods.

Your order will usually be delivered within 7 to 10 working day. Please allow up to 30 days for Standard Delivery.

If you would like Express Delivery, please email info@ocarina.co.uk with details of your order. We will email a quote for the exact amount, and details of delivery options (2-3 days or 5-7 days).
