Orders from Europe

The best way to place your order is through OcShop, making payment securely using a card (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). You will not be asked to enter payment details on this website but transferred to SagePay or PayPal.

If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, please order in OcShop. Your confirmation email will contain our bank details. As soon as we receive payment in full we will send your order. Please make sure you pay all bank charges.

If you would like Express Delivery, please email info@ocarina.co.uk with details of your order, and we will email a quote for the exact cost.

Standard Delivery cost is added automatically, at the rates shown below. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your goods to arrive:

If you have a vat registration number, please email orders@ocarina.co.uk in response to your order confirmation, and we will remove the vat from your order. Vat (tax) is charged at the current UK rate on all orders supplied within the European Union (EU).

If you live in Switzerland, Gibraltar, Norway or any other European country that is outside the EU, then you will pay the postage amounts above and the vat (tax) is removed at the checkout. It is your responsibility to pay any local taxes / customs charges.
